We use your information only to provide the app — to sign you in, personalize your encouragement, save your history, and deliver the features you use. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Your journal entries, saved phrases, and trusted contacts are private to your account and are not shared with other users.
We use trusted third parties to operate Uplyfft: a database and hosting provider to store your data securely, Apple for in-app purchases, and a subscription-management service to process those purchases. If you enable notifications, a push-notification service delivers reminders. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
If you enable notifications, we use them to send you gentle reminders and your daily word. You can turn notifications off anytime in the app or in your device settings.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@uplyfft.com.
Uplyfft is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
